Set the inside size
Enter the clear inside size you need. Outside size is calculated automatically.

Hooks grow directly from the 4.0 mm back, keeping a 4.8 mm section and rounded bend. A wider root spreads load into the back.

Walls & bottom
1.6 mm: suitable for ordinary small-item storage
Removes the floor and keeps the four walls. Useful for surrounding an item on a desk or routing cables underneath.Hooks
4.0 mm is the PLA default. The whole back supports the hooks without bulging into the box or board side; inside size stays unchanged.
For a 5 mm slot, hook width is 3.7 mm (1.3 mm total side clearance). Reach for a 5 mm board is 5.3 mm.
Choose the best slot-width value and board-thickness value from the gauge.
Current fit: slot 0.7 / board 0.3. Fine-tune the numeric fields above.
Measured reference: slots about 5 × 15 mm, board about 5 mm, vertical pitch 40 mm. 10 mm hooks and lower stabilizer pins are placed automatically.
Printer
PLA uses no global scale correction. Default hook width is 3.7 mm with a 4.8 mm section. Confirm final fit with the gauge.
5 perimeters, 0.2 mm layers. Enable support beneath the hooks.
Shape
Generation stays on your device; dimensions are not sent. Do not use for food contact, heavy loads, or anything involving the safety of people or animals.
